This request is filled in on-line and sent electronically.

Information provided will be:
  1. Assessment Year
  2. Annual Dues
  3. Paid Through Date
  4. Late Fees
  5. Total Due
  6. Ruby Ranch Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions
  7. Copies of the HOA Liability Insurance
  8. Association's financial balance sheet
  9. Other information if requested on the form

Information will be emailed to the email address on the request. Optionally, information can be faxed or mailed if so indicated on the request.
